Heres another example of how easy it is to shoot bird portraits. As I mentioned before, I simply attach a branch to a feeder and wait for the birds to come. I like that I never know whats going to land on the branch. In this shot I simply focused on the branch and when a bird landed I would simply move my focus point to the bird and shoot away. Unfortunately there aren’t a whole lot of nice flowery branches available so you have to make do with what you have.
